Eternal D6 item
Eternal D6 is an unlockable active item in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Repentance DLC.
Description
Rerolls every item pedestal in the current room into another item from the current room's item pool, but has a 25% chance to delete the pedestal instead.
Once unlocked, the item can be acquired by killing Florian last when fighting Ultra Pride.
The chance to reroll items is not affected by luck.
