The Scooper is an active item in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Repentance DLC.

Summons The Peeper for the current room which also leaves a trail of red creep.

The Peeper deals 12 damage per tick (45 per second), while the creep deals 2 damage per tick (20 per second).

The Peeper can block enemy shots.

When active, Isaac gains +35% damage to tears shot from his right eye.
