Mom's Bracelet item
Mom's Bracelet is an active item in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Repentance DLC.
Description
Picks up the obstacle in front of Isaac, allowing him to carry it around the room, or even different rooms.
Pressing a fire button will launch the obstacle in the chosen direction. It will deal 40 damage to the enemy it hits, and break on impact. If it had any content inside it (e.g. a Tinted Rock), it will drop the contents normally.
Alternatively, the active item button can be pressed again to drop the object where Isaac is standing, without wasting the item's charge.
Can be used on Hosts to steal their skulls.
Can be used to pick up bombs, including Troll Bombs.
Can be used on friendly Dip familiars.
While carrying an obstacle, Isaac cannot travel to the next floor.
Throwing a Giant Poop at enemies will deal 320 damage.

Mom's Bracelet
• Grab and pick up a rock or other stationary obstacle
• Press an attack button to throw a held object, smashing it and dealing damage to enemies struck
• Abyss: x1 stone locust .75x Isaac's damage
• Book of Virtues: x1-3 middle wisps - 2 hp - 3 damage
• Book of Virtues: Wisps spawn where thrown obstacles land
• Book of Virtues: Wisp lasts for the room
