Multidimensional Baby item
Multidimensional Baby is a familiar in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Afterbirth DLC.
Description
Spawns a familiar that follows Isaac's movement with a 0.66 second delay.
When a friendly tear passes through the familiar, it splits into 2 parallel tears that gain +33% shot speed and +50% tear height which effectively increases range.

Transformations
Conjoined transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will make Isaac shoot in 3 directions at the cost of -0.3 damage and -0.3 tears.
