Leaves an electrical trail on the ground as Isaac walks.

An enemy that touches the trail becomes electrified for 2 seconds.

Every 0.53 seconds, an electrified enemy will be confused and take 1 damage, and every 0.5 seconds will shoot electrical lasers at nearby enemy, dealing x0.5 Isaac's damage.

Flying enemies are also affected.

If room is flooded, doubles lasers arcing distance.
