Holy crucifix item
Holy crucifix is an unlockable passive item in Elitium, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
+1 extra life.
Upon death respawns Isaac as 
Gabriel with 2 full Red Hearts and 1 Soul Heart in the most recent non-hostile room, and then removes the item.
If playing as 
Fallen Gabriel, will revive as that character instead.
This item is exclusive to the Tainted Treasure Rooms mod and may appear within a Tainted Treasure Room as a counterpart of Guardian angel.
