Holy crucifix is an unlockable passive item in Elitium, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

+1 extra life.

Upon death respawns Isaac as Gabriel with 2 full Red Hearts and 1 Soul Heart in the most recent non-hostile room, and then removes the item.

If playing as Fallen Gabriel, will revive as that character instead.

This item contributes towards the Seraphim transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will grant Isaac flight and +3 Soul Hearts.
