Golden Convertor is an unlockable active item in Elitium, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Turns everything in the room into gold.
• 50% of poops will be converted into golden poop.
• Every trinket will be converted into its golden variant.
• 50% of hearts will be converted into Gold Hearts.
• 50% of keys will be converted into Golden Keys.
• 50% of bombs will be converted into Golden Bombs.
• 50% of coins will be converted into Golden Pennies.
• 50% of batteries will be converted into Golden Batteries.
• 50% of pills will be converted into Golden Pills.
• 75% of chests will be converted into Locked Chests or Mega Chests.
• 50% of enemies will be converted into gold, similar to Midas' Touch.
• Iron Bar will be converted into Midas' Touch.
• Razor Blade will be converted into Golden Razor.
• Teleport! will be converted into Teleport 2.0.
• Circle of Protection will be converted into Dad's Ring.
• Brother Bobby will be converted into King Baby.
• There's Options and Options? will be converted into More Options.
• Dull Razor will be converted into Dull Golden Razor.
• Crooked Penny will be converted into Golden Penny.
• Dad's Key, Skeleton Key and Latch Key will be converted into Mom's Key.
• Every wisp will be converted into a golden variant.

The first use of this item has no recharge time. Second use requires 4 rooms in order to recharge, after which it disappears.
