Dull Razor item
Dull Razor is an unlockable active item in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Afterbirth+ DLC.
Description
Hurts Isaac without taking away any health, granting invincibility frames and activating any items that trigger upon taking damage.
Can be used to enter Curse Rooms and open Spiked Chests for free via its invincibility frames.
Cannot be used to exploit 
Blood Donation Machines, 
Devil Beggars, etc.
Ignores the shield granted by Holy Mantle and similar items.

Dull Razor
• Hurts Isaac without removing any health, granting a brief invulnerability and triggering effects that normally occur on taking damage
• Abyss: x1 locust .5x Isaac's damage
• Book of Virtues: x1 middle wisp - 3 hp - doesn't shoot
• Book of Virtues: Chance to prevent damage to Isaac, destroying itself
