D infinity item
D infinity is an unlockable active item in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Afterbirth+ DLC.
Description
Acts as any die item except for Spindown Dice. Different dice can be cycled through by using the drop key.
Charge time varies and is equal to the one of the last used die.
The icon displayed on the HUD will change based on the selected die.

Defeat Delirium as Isaac.

D infinity
• Triggers the reroll effect of another dice item
• Allows Isaac to select the dice effect for each activation
• Press the drop key to cycle through the D1, D4, D6, D8, D10, D12, D20, and D100
• Abyss: x1 rerolling locust 2x Isaac's damage
• Book of Virtues: x1 middle wisp - 2 hp - 3 damage
• Book of Virtues: Spawns an additional wisp with an effect based on the die used
