D infinity item
D infinity is an unlockable active item in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Afterbirth+ DLC.
Description
Acts as any die item except for Spindown Dice. Different dice can be cycled through by using the drop key.
Charge time varies and is equal to the one of the last used die.
The icon displayed on the HUD will change based on the selected die.

Defeat Delirium as Isaac.
