Acid Baby is a familiar in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Afterbirth+ DLC.

Spawns a familiar that follows Isaac and drops a random pill after every 7 cleared rooms. The first pill is dropped after 6 rooms.

Upon using a pill, the familiar poisons all enemies in the room for 6 ticks. Each tick deals damage equal to Isaac's. Enemies also take 10 additional damage.

This item contributes towards the Conjoined transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will make Isaac shoot in 3 directions at the cost of -0.3 damage and -0.3 tears.
