Mama Mega! is an active item in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Afterbirth+ DLC.

Destroys all obstacles, machines, beggars, etc and deals 200 damage to every enemy. This effect is applied upon entering each room for the entire floor.

It will also open up any doors in the rooms, including Secret Room and Super Secret Room entrances.

Will blow up the Donation Machine as well, rendering it unusable for the rest of the run.

Opens the door to Boss Rush and Hush even after the time limit has expired.

If Isaac has a Golden Bomb, it will change Mama Mega's sprite on the HUD to a golden one, and using Mama Mega will consume the Golden Bomb, allowing Mama Mega to be used again.

Mama Mega!

• This item is consumed to spawn a massive shockwave that deals huge damage and destroys all breakable objects in the room
• The shockwave reverberates once through every room entered for the remainder of the floor
• Can break open time-hardened walls
• Abyss: x1 big explosive locust 1.5x Isaac's damage
• Book of Virtues: x10 middle wisps - 2 hp - 3 damage
• Book of Virtues: Spawns a golden troll bomb on death
