Compost item
Compost is an active item in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Afterbirth+ DLC.
Description
Convert all pickups in the current room to Blue Flies or Blue Spiders.
Doubles Isaac's current amount of Blue Flies and Blue Spiders.
If Isaac does not have any Blue Flies or Blue Spiders, spawns one of them.
Does not work on Troll Bombs.
Note

Compost
• Duplicates each blue spider and fly Isaac currently has
• Destroys all pickups on the ground in the current room when picked up, and grants 1 blue spider or fly for each one destroyed
• Abyss: x1 locust .5x Isaac's damage
• Book of Virtues: x1 middle wisp - 2 hp - 3 damage
• Book of Virtues: Spawns a wisp when pickups are converted
• Book of Virtues: HP is increased for each pickup converted
