Tainted ENA is an unlockable character in ENA Mod, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

IX - The Hermit

All items encountered must be paid for in order to be picked up, including ones in Treasure Rooms, Boss Rooms, Angel Rooms, Devil Rooms, etc. These items may have a special Barter cost.

Shops have much more stock to offer, going up to 8 items/pickups for sale in a fully upgraded Shop.

Dealing or taking damage makes ENA progressively more red. After reaching a certain point, she will enter Meanie mode.

The amount of damage dealt required to activate the effect is equal to 150 + 80 × CurrentFloor Taking damage adds +10%.

Buying Shop items/pickups or entering a new floor will reduce the Meanie mode status.

While in Meanie mode
• Enemies have a chance to drop pickups.
• x3 fire rate multiplier.
• x0.5 damage multiplier.
• ENA takes +1 additional damage when harmed.
• Tears are fired inaccurately.

Open up the hidden Red Door in the Home level as ENA.
