• Cards (If Isaac has a Card).
• Runes (If Isaac has a Rune).
• Broken Hearts (If not in basement floor).
• Trinkets (If Isaac has a Trinket).
• Collectibles (If Isaac has 10+ passive Items).
• Poop (If playing as Tainted ???).
• Wisps (If using Book of Virtues).

Chance for health price is increased in Devil Rooms

Chance for Broken Hearts is increased the more Broken Hearts Isaac has

Price cannot be the same pickup that is being sold (Ex: A key cannot be bought with keys)
