Yellow Megaphone item
Yellow Megaphone is an unlockable active item in ENA Mod, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
On useIsaac holds a megaphone above his head and screams by pressing a fire button.
The scream knocks back, applies fear, and damages nearby enemies.
The strength of the scream is proportional to Isaac's size.
How to unlock?
Defeat It Lives! as 
Tainted ENA.
