Two-Faced Dice is an unlockable active item in Ena Mod, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Rerolls every item in the current room into another item from the current room's item pool with a 50% chance to either increase or decrease the item's quality by 1.
Quality 0 items have a 50% to turn into a 
Penny.

Defeat Isaac as
