Mayonnaise is an unlockable familiar in Ena Mod, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Spawns a familiar that follows Isaac around and launches itself while Isaac is shooting.

Upon hitting an enemy, the familiar deals 7 damage and shatters, creating a pool of damaging creep that shrinks enemies that come in contact with it, similarly to God's Flesh.

The pool lasts for ~9 seconds and deals 2 damage per tick (20 per second).

Once the pool disappears completely, Mayonnaise will respawn and can be launched again.

Defeat Boss Rush as ENA.
