Has a 25% chance to pay out on Normal Mode, and 20% on Hard Mode.

Possible payouts
• 53.5% - +1 luck.
• 35.7% - "You Feel Lucky!": the next item found will be of +1 higher quality.
• 7.1% - self-destruct (cannot hurt Isaac)
• 3.5% - self-destruct and spawn an item from the Angel Room item pool.

When destroyed Drops random pickups

10% chance to replace a Fortune Telling Machine
20% chance to replace any machine in a Secret Room
