Blue Tick is a passive item in Ephemera, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Upgrades all blue spiders to blue ticks.

Blue ticks deal extra damage over time, dealing 1.5 damage per tick. (1.5 per second)

Upon entering an uncleared room, spawns 1-3 blue ticks.

This item contributes towards the Spider Baby transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will spawn a spider familiar that applies random status effects when it comes in contact with enemies.
