Forked Cord is a familiar in Ephemera, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Spawns two different familiars that are attached to Isaac.

Chases enemies close to Isaac and deals 3 damage per tick for each familiar. (6.64 damage per second per familiar)

Shoots tears at enemies that are too far away.

These tears do 3.5 damage.

Purple Forked FetusesPurple/Left facing fetus familiars have 1 shot speed and 3 tears. (5.42 damage per second)

Red Forked FetusesRed/Right facing fetus familiars have 1.7 shot speed and 1 tears. (3.5 damage per second)

This item contributes towards the Conjoined transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will make Isaac shoot in 3 directions at the cost of -0.3 damage and -0.3 tears.
