Colostomy Bag (Spicy) is a pickup in Epiphany, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Basic creep type used by Tarnished ???. It can be Mixed with other basic ingredients in order to create a unique mixture.

If picked up by any other character, a large puddle of creep is spawned on the ground, and Isaac leaves a creep trail for 4.5 seconds.

Creep effects Sets enemies on fire, dealing 2x Isaac's damage, 1.5 times per second. It lasts for 2.1 seconds and has an additional cooldown of 2.1 seconds between inflictions.

If an enemy dies while under the effect, it leaves behind a lasting flame.

Enemies remain red for 6.3 seconds seconds after stepping off the creep, indicating that they can still leave behind a flame upon death.
