Debit Card is an unlockable consumable in Epiphany, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Rerolls all item pedestals in the room into items that require coins to purchase (or heart containers if inside a Devil Deal), and are one quality level higher.

Rerolls all pickups and trinkets in the room into ones that require coins to purchase, often increasing their quality (e.g. Bombs to Double Bombs).

Does not affect items that have a price tag.

Items are rerolled into items from the current room's item pool.

Defeat Ultra Greedier as Tarnished Keeper.
