Mom's Grief trinket
Mom's Grief is an unlockable trinket in Epiphany, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
When Isaac is about to take fatal damage, 3 Broken Hearts are granted instead and the trinket is destroyed.
How to unlock?
Defeat Mother as 
Tarnished Magdalene.
