A Bit of Trollite trinket
A Bit of Trollite is a trinket in Fiend Folio, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
10% chance to replace the room clear reward with one of the following Troll Bombs:
• 75% → Troll Bomb
• 20% → Megatroll Bomb
• 5% → 
Golden Troll Bomb
Crush Effect: Spawns 2 Troll Bombs.
Grind effect: Causes the Mining Machine to explode, spawning a random rock trinket in the process.
When given to 
Sourpuss: Causes Isaac to explode, dealing half a heart of damage.
