Grossular trinket
Grossular is a trinket in Fiend Folio, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
While in an active room, once every 10 seconds Isaac farts and applies one of the following effects to nearby enemies for 4 seconds: confusion, fear, or poison.
Right before initiating the fart, Isaac will flash green and play a farting sound 2 times.
