Rai Stone trinket
Rai Stone is a trinket in Fiend Folio, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Enemies have a 15% chance to drop a 
Penny that disappears after 2.5 seconds upon death.
The Penny has a different appearance similar to a Nickel, but otherwise acts the same and only grants +1¢.
