Angelic Lyre is an active item in Fiend Folio, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

While heldModifies Isaac's stats and the way he fires tears based on the item's current tune.

On useReset Isaac's tear delay, and cycles between 1 of the 3 different tunes in the following order:

Blue:
• ×1.3 fire rate.
• +0.2 speed.
• +3 luck.
• -0.2 shot speed.
• Tears are fired in a 3-step cycling sequence: 1 single tear, a triangular cluster of 3 tears, and a smoke cloud that does nothing.

Red:
• ×2 damage.
• ×0.18 fire rate.
• Grants spectral tears, increased knockback, and fires in a spread of 4.

Yellow:
• ×0.2 damage.
• ×4.4 fire rate.
• +5 range.
• Grants homing tears that are fired in a barrage of up to 10 tears. After all 10 tears are unleashed, or when Isaac stops shooting, a delay of ~15x Isaac's fire delay is applied before another barrage can be shot.

While in an uncleared room, the time between each use of the item is increased.
