Horncob item
Horncob is a passive item in Fiend Folio, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Turns Isaac's tears into circular tears that have a chance to force Isaac to take a pill upon killing an enemy.
The chance to consume a pill scales with luck, using the formula random(0, 1) × 8 <= 2 + LuckStat × 0.4.
The pill can be any random pill from the game, even if it's not in the current run's pill pool.
