Blended Black Heart is a pickup in Fiend Folio, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Acts as either a Heart or Black Heart based on Isaac's current health.

If Isaac has an empty red heart container, it will refill one, otherwise it will add a black heart.

If Isaac is missing only a half red heart container, it will fill it, and grant a half black heart.
