Blended Immoral Heart is an unlockable pickup in Fiend Folio, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Acts as either a Heart or Immoral Heart based on Isaac's current health.

If Isaac has an empty red heart container, it will refill one, otherwise it will add an immoral heart.

If Isaac is missing only a half red heart container, it will fill it, and grant a half immoral heart.

Defeat Mom as Fiend.
