Brick Seperator is an unlockable consumable in Fiend Folio, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Activates the effects of Meat Cleaver, splitting all enemies in the room into 2 smaller versions of themselves.

Grants piercing tears for the rest of the room.

Can be used to separate stacked Studs, which will create a small explosion that deals 20 damage to enemies but is harmless to Isaac.

Complete the [FF] Brick By Brick challenge.
