Contraband item
Contraband is an active item in Fiend Folio, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Contraband can only be obtained from a 
Fake Beggar, after which a 
Dealer will appear in the starting room of the next floor.
Approaching the Dealer will consume the Contraband item and spawn 3 items from the Contraband item pool.
Leaving the item on a pedestal and leaving the room will cause a Snagger to appear and instantly steal the item and flee off-screen.
On useActivates Wavy Cap 8 times.
Consumes an I'm Excited!!! pill.
