I'm Excited!!! consumable
I'm Excited!!! is a consumable in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Afterbirth+ DLC.
Description
Increases the speed of all enemies and Isaac for the rest of the room.
Also affects Isaac's rate of fire and the background music.
The effect triggers again randomly 3 additional times. This can happen on other floors as well.
Horse pill: No difference.
Note
