I'm Drowsy... consumable
I'm Drowsy... is a consumable in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Afterbirth+ DLC.
Description
Slows down Isaac for the rest of the room, and applies slowness to enemies and their shots.
Also affects Isaac's rate of fire and the background music.
Horse pill: No difference.
Note
