Horf! consumable
Horf! is an unlockable consumable in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Afterbirth+ DLC.
Description
Causes Isaac to shoot an explosive tear with the Ipecac effect that does 200 damage.
Horse pill: Shoots 6 explosive tears at once, each dealing 150-400 damage.
Note
