Vurp! consumable
Vurp! is an unlockable consumable in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Afterbirth+ DLC.
Description
Throws up the last pill used.
If no pill has been used yet, or Vurp! has been the last pill used, it will spawn itself instead.
Horse pill: Converts the last used pill into a Horse Pill.
Note

Obtain 50 items in a single run.
