Curse of the Ghost is a curse in Fiend Folio, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

While in an active room, causes ghost rain to pour down that hurts both enemies and Isaac. The rain is indicated by white crosshairs on the floor.

The frequency of the rain increases the less health Isaac has. It is calculated by dividing his filled hearts with the total amount of heart containers. If Isaac has only Soul Hearts, then it's calculated by dividing his Soul Hearts with 12.

The rain deals 6.66 damage to enemies and applies a fear effect for 4 seconds when it hits them. It deals half a heart of damage to Isaac.

Can only be obtained via Black Lantern.
