Curse of the Swine is a curse in Fiend Folio, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Makes all coins disappear after 1.66 seconds.

Grants enemies a 50% chance to drop a coin upon death. Only enemies that were spawned on room start can drop coins. Their children and additionally spawned enemies cannot do so.

Can only be obtained via Black Lantern.
