Download Failure is a consumable in Fiend Folio, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Shakes the screen and makes glitched particles fall down from the ceiling.

Occasionally cancels the AI of enemies in the room, replacing them with that of a Poople, indicated by them becoming transparent.

While their AI is disabled, enemies lose 2 HP per second, and their movement and attack patterns become broken or disrupted, they take increased knockback and slide around the room, occasionally leaving slippery brown creep behind them.

Glitched enemies will take damage if they slam into a wall with high enough speed, and will shoot out poop projectiles and spawn Brownie Corns when doing so.
