Defuse is a consumable in Fiend Folio, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Converts Troll Bombs, Isaac's active bombs, and Bomb Rocks into Bomb pickups.

Converts active Giga Bombs into Giga Bomb pickups.

Converts Golden Troll Bombs into Golden Bombs.

Converts Bomb Bums into Beggars, whilst spawning an extra Bomb.

Converts some bomb-themed enemies into their non-bomb variants.

Converts Wrath into a Gaper, and Super Wrath into a Mag Gaper, whilst spawning Mr. Mega.

Using it on Buster when he is about to blow up will spawn Commissioned Badge.
