Mr. Mega item
Mr. Mega is an unlockable passive item in The Binding of Isaac.
Description
+5 bombs.
Increases the damage and blast radius of Isaac's bombs. Damage is increased to 185.
Makes the screen shake after a bomb explodes.
Can drop from the Super Wrath mini-boss.

Destroy 10 Tinted Rocks.
