The Pinking Shears item
The Pinking Shears is an active item in The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Separates Isaac's head from his body for the current room. Only the head will be under Isaac's control, which gains flight.
The body will seek out to enemies and deal 5.5 damage per tick (23.57 per second).
The body's speed is dependent on Isaac's speed stat.
Note

• Severs Isaac's head for the current room, granting flight
• While active, Isaac's body becomes a familiar that chases enemies

• Book of Virtues: x1 middle wisp - 2 hp - 3.5 damage
