Adds a 20% chance to shoot petrifying tears that stop enemies in place and prevent them from moving or attacking for 1 second.

The activation rate goes up to around 50% with 20 luck.

This item contributes towards the Yes Mother? transformation. Collecting 3 items from this set will give Isaac a stationary knife that trails behind him and deals 2x contact damage.
