The Common Cold is a passive item in The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Adds a chance to fire poison tears that deal damage over time when inflicted.
The poison hits enemies 2 times, dealing a total of 2x Isaac's damage.
The chance to fire a poison tear starts at 25% with 0 luck and maximizes at 100% with 12 luck.
