• Random heart.

Final payout
• Item from the Bomb Bum item pool.

When bombed
• Spawns 6 Troll Bombs around the room.
• His own Troll Bombs cannot make him spawn more bombs.

When destroyed
• +35% chance for an Angel/Devil Deal.
• Drops several random pickups.
