Mega Bean is an active item in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Afterbirth DLC.

Creates a Mama Mega! explosion in the current room which destroys all obstacles, and blows open all doors.

The explosion deals 100 flat damage to all enemies in the room.

Petrifies all enemies in the room for a couple of seconds.

Deals 5 damage and poisons all enemies near Isaac.

The poison deals Isaac's amount of damage 6 times.
