Fake Rock is a trinket in Fiend Folio, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

When inside a room that has an adjacent locked door, the first rock bombed will drop a Key.

If more than one locked door is present, or the door requires multiple keys to open, bombing more rocks will drop the keys required to open the doors.

Even if a door requires a different pickup to open (e.g. Arcades require coins), rocks will still drop keys.
