Sandstone is a trinket in Fiend Folio, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Grants a chance to fire a large boulder that inflicts confusion to enemies, but shrinks over time as it travels.

Depending on its current size, the boulder's damage ranges from to 0 to 4x Isaac's damage.

If Isaac takes damage from an explosion, the trinket will turn into Pocket Sand.

The chance to shoot a boulder starts at 20% with 0 luck, going up to 100% with 26.67 luck, using the formula 10 + 10 × TrinketMultiplier + 3 × LuckStat.

Despite their appearance being similar to Terra, the boulders are not able to destroy rocks.
