Fractal Geode is a trinket in Fiend Folio, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Grants a 15% chance to fire a spiral shot that inflicts enemies with the Drowsy effect, putting them to sleep after 2 seconds, making them receive double damage on the next shot which also wakes them up.

Enemies are asleep for 6 seconds before waking up.

The spiral shot has 0 falling speed, meaning it will travel a very far distance before falling to the ground, often going off-screen. It is also spectral, meaning it can go over obstacles.

The chance scales with luck and goes up to 45% with 20 luck.

Geode Bonus: +20% chance; grants a 50% chance to put enemies to sleep immediately.
